UNICOF Meets Workers of Manya Krobo Rural Bank

As part of its ongoing efforts to increase visibility and extend membership across Ghana's financial sector, UNICOF met with workers of Manya Krobo Rural Bank.

The visit was part of UNICOF's broader organizing drive to reach workers in rural banks and financial institutions who may not yet be aware of the rights and protections that union membership affords them.

Union officials explained the benefits of membership, the role of UNICOF in collective bargaining, and how the union handles grievances on behalf of its members. Workers were encouraged to join and strengthen their collective voice.
