Contact your nearest UNICOF office or call the Secretariat directly on any of our six lines.

Speak to an Industrial Relations officer who will document your grievance and advise on next steps.

UNICOF will engage your employer formally on your behalf, following the procedures set out in your Collective Agreement.

If necessary, UNICOF will escalate the matter to the National Labour Commission under Ghana's Labour Act.
