Workers Day is celebrated globally on the 1st of May every year. This year's celebration in Ghana was a memorable one for UNICOF members across all branches.
UNICOF members marched proudly under the UNICOF banner, demonstrating solidarity and unity as workers from across Ghana's industry, commerce and finance sectors came together to celebrate the achievements of the labor movement and renew the call for better wages, safer workplaces, and stronger workers' rights.
The occasion was marked by speeches from union leaders, recognition of outstanding members, and a renewed commitment to the values that have guided UNICOF since its founding in 2003.
Long live the Ghanaian worker. Long live UNICOF.
