The National Women's Committee (NWC) of UNICOF organized a training programme focused on ethics and leadership for women bankers across member institutions.
The programme brought together female members from various financial institutions to engage in capacity building sessions designed to sharpen professional skills, reinforce ethical standards, and develop leadership qualities.
Facilitators addressed topics including workplace ethics, women in leadership, negotiation skills, and the importance of gender mainstreaming in the labor movement. Participants called for more programmes of this nature.
