Members of the Union of Industry, Commerce and Finance Workers (UNICOF) in the Upper West Region donated items worth GHยข2,000.00 to St. Don Bosco Special School in Loho, Nadowli/Kaleo district.
Addressing the media, First Vice Chairman Mr. Issaka Mohammed noted that the union took the gesture to support the school as part of its social responsibility, and to keep smiling faces on the pupils of the special school.

The items donated comprised 4 bags of maize, 2 bags of parboiled rice, one gallon of cooking oil, 5 gallons of parazone, 5 gallons of liquid soap, 5 bags of washing powder, 2 boxes of Jamaa washing soap, as well as cartons of assorted drinks and biscuits.

The headmaster expressed gratitude to the union for the support and appealed to government and other organisations to help with infrastructure for the school.
