Stronger Together: UNICOF Celebrates May Day 2026 Nationwide
UNICOF members across all regions of Ghana came together to mark International Workers' Day 2026, with celebrations from Koforidua to Kumasi, Accra to the Upper West.

The Union of Industry, Commerce and Finance Workers was established in August 2003 and duly registered as a Trade Union Organization on 6th October, 2003. We are affiliated to the Ghana Trades Union Congress as its 17th affiliate.

Our interest as a union is to improve productivity for the employer while ensuring better working conditions and job security for our members across all 16 regions of Ghana.
