The Union of Industry, Commerce and Finance Workers (UNICOF) elected new national leadership at the 5th Quadrennial Delegates Conference held at the Pentecost Convention Centre, Gomoa Fetteh, 11th–13th July 2024.
The elections were conducted in a transparent and democratic manner. The newly elected leadership pledged to build on the achievements of their predecessors, deepen membership engagement, and strengthen UNICOF's voice in collective bargaining across all sectors.
The new executives were congratulated by outgoing leaders and encouraged to serve members with dedication, integrity and professionalism.
