ADB PMSU Holds 3rd Quadrennial Delegates Conference in Accra

 

 

The PMSU of ADB Bank held its 3rd Quadrennial Delegates Conference from 20th–21st November 2025 at Sunlodge Hotel, Tesano, under the theme “A Decade of Solidarity, A Future of Impact.” The event brought together 200 delegates from branches nationwide.

Day 1 featured the formal opening, committee reports, adoption of amendments, and nationwide electronic elections. The new leadership was announced, followed by goodwill messages and a call to strengthen the Union’s zonal structures.

Day 2 included the introduction of invited guests, awards to pioneers, swearing-in of executives, solidarity messages, a presentation on the Union’s history, and an Open Forum with management, which reaffirmed its commitment to staff welfare.

2nd Vice Chairperson: Ivy Ama Sefakor Tettey

Secretary: Maclean Obeng Amoamah

Assistant Secretary: Sabina Asosika Osei

1st Trustee: Harry Ayensu Quaidoo

2nd Trustee: Kwabena Danso

The conference concluded with closing remarks and a motion for adjournment.
